By booking a service with JS Mobile Detailing, you agree to the terms below:

1. Service Quality and Limitations

While we use professional-grade tools, products, and techniques to clean and restore your vehicle, JS Mobile Detailing is not liable for any damages that may occur during the detailing or restoration process. This includes both interior and exterior services.

2. Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions

It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to notify us of any known or pre-existing damage, defects, or sensitivities prior to service. Failure to do so may release JS Mobile Detailing from any liability for issues that arise during or after service.

3. Stain and Damage Removal Disclaimer

We make every effort to remove stains, blemishes, or surface imperfections. However, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all defects, particularly those related to upholstery, leather, paint, or aged surfaces.

4. Third-Party Products and Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Pre-existing issues such as scratches, dents, or weak clear coat
Interior damage unrelated to our service
Third-party products, accessories, or cleaning agents beyond our control

5. Post-Service Care

Failure to follow post-detailing care instructions may result in issues for which JS Mobile Detailing cannot be held responsible. Please follow our team’s recommendations for aftercare.

6. Damage Claims

In the unlikely event of damage during service, JS Mobile Detailing will review the situation and may, at our sole discretion, offer repair or compensation. All concerns must be raised before the vehicle leaves the service location.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle if we determine that the condition or circumstances may pose a risk to our team or equipment.
